Diagnosis.
Face without a horn. Scrobes laterally bordered by a complete and distinct carina (Fig. 1C, D View Figure 1 ). Head with longitudinal striae (Fig. 1C, D View Figure 1 ). Pronotum without elevations (Fig. 1A, B, E, F View Figure 1 ). Prepectus narrow, considerably shorter than half of the adjacent pronotal collar (Fig. 1A, B View Figure 1 ). Scutellum strongly produced over propodeum, its entire free margin with crenulate rim (Fig. 1A, B, E, F, H View Figure 1 ); marginal vein shorter than postmarginal vein (Fig. 1G View Figure 1 ). Petiole inconspicuous. Ovipositor sheaths straight, not projecting, hidden under apical tergites (Fig. 1A View Figure 1 ).
