Remarks.
Nomen nudum, listed in synonymy of " Melanopsis tingitana var. β” by Brot (1879), which is described briefly in Latin. He attributed the name to Morelet, but it remains unclear why - the only author mentioning a (nameless) variety of Melanopsis tingitana that matches the description by Brot is Mousson (1874).
