Climate types. Arid to semi-arid, with cool to mild winters and very warm summers.

Distribution in Palaearctic Region. Europe: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia (European Territory); Asia: Iran, Iraq, Syria, Turkmenistan, Turkey ( Cate 2007, Prosvirov 2013).
