Remarks.

The sequenced specimens from Zambujeira do Mar, keyed to Oxus ovalis following Di Sabatino et al. (2010), form a unique BIN ( BOLD: AFP 5747).

Distribution.

Widespread in Europe, but here reported for the first time for Portugal.
