DISTRIBUTION: Iran, known from provinces Kermanshah (formerly Bachtaran), Bushehr, Fars, Hamadan, Ilam, Khoozestan, Kerman, Kordestan, Lorestan, Markazi, and Qom (Sissom & Fet, 1998, Kovařík, 2003: 100, Akbari, 2007: 76), Kohgilouyeh & Boyer Ahmad (first report); Iraq ( Birula, 1917: 240; Pringle, 1960: 77), Syria ( Kovařík, 2002: 7), Turkey ( Kovařík, 1996: 53).
