Remarks. First records for Slovakia and Mongolia. This species has been found in most European countries ( Schwarz 2001, Yu et al. 2012). Its occurrence in Mongolia represents its first record from the Eastern Palaearctic region, and considerably expands its known distribution, confirming that this species has a much wider distribution than previously suggested ( Schwarz, 2001). The Mongolian specimens were compared to a paratype (deposited in the collection of the second author) of the species to ensure that they are conspecific. Schwarz (2001) indicates in the original description of this species that the number of flagellomeres is 18, while it is 17–19 (but mostly 18) in the Mongolian specimens; in other characters they agree with the original description.
