Frankliniella schultzei (Trybom)

Physopus schultzei Trybom, 1910: 151 .

This tropical and subtropical species is commonly known as common blossom thrips, and may have originated either in Africa or South America ( Wang et al. 2019). It is highly polyphagous, breeding on leaves and in flowers of agricultural and horticultural crops belonging to 55 plant families, but only the pale form has been found in Saudi Arabia.
