This small genus comprises four species worldwide ( Minoura & Masumoto 2016), and was not known from Arabian Peninsula prior to this study. Members of this genus are unique by their 7-segmented antennae, segments III–IV with simple sense cones; fore wings without a fringe of cilia on the anterior margin, posterior margin of fore wings with straight cilia and ocellar region strongly elevated.
