Remarks. Acciavatti & Pearson (1989) interpret the described year of this type species incorrectly as the following; [ Calochroa, Hope, 1838:15 (type species: Cicindela octonotata Wiedmann, 1823 )]. In fact, the type species is Cicindela octonotata Wiedmann, 1819 .
