Paracarystus ranka ( Evans, 1955) , new combination

Named by Evans (1955) in Thoon Godman, 1900 (type species Proteides modius Mabille, 1889 ), ranka is not monophyletic with it and instead groups closely with all three known species of Paracarystus Godman, 1900 (type species Cobalus hypargyra Herrich-Schäffer, 1869 ) ( Fig. 13 View Figure 13 ), where it is placed to form Paracarystus ranka ( Evans, 1955) , new combination.
