Etymology.
Orgilus amyrossmanae is named in honor of Amy Rossman for her participation in the international NSF-funded planning meeting for the All Taxa Biodiversity Inventory (ATBI) of Terrestrial Systems, and contributing her wisdom to the planning that was the founding of Costa Rica’s national BioAlfa today.
