Cibicides pseudolabatulus Perelis & Reiss, 1975 (cited from Hayward et al., 2017).
Material examined. Korea, Yellow Sea , station 31205 (34°2 ʹ 38.52 ʺ N, 125°29 ʹ 52.5 ʺ E), 11 Apr 2015, by Van Veen Grab, collected by Sangjin Kim. NIBR ID: NIBRPR0000107227 GoogleMaps .
Diagnosis. Test rounded, trochospiral, planoconvex, and periphery carinate, lobulate in last few chambers. About seven to eight chambers in final whorl, and final chamber inflated. Sutures curved at both sides, depressed, distinctly in last two chambers, and slightly in earlier portion. Wall calcareous, perforate coarsely on spiral side, except sutural area. Aperture interiomarginal, with thick rim, extended along inner margin of last few chambers on spiral side.
Remarks. This species seems similar to Lobatula lobatula , but L. lobatula has a more prominent lobular peripheral outline on the spiral side and the chambers are more inflated and irregular.
Distribution. Korea, New Caledonia, Gulf of Aqaba.
