Remarks.-

A female specimen was identified using the generic key by Willemse (1956). The species is very similar to Meltripata Bolívar, 1923 but differs by: head distinctly elevated above level of pronotum and frontal ridge barely projecting, and female subgenital plate quadrate with a mucronate projection on apical margin. Only two species are currently known from this Bornean-endemic genus, but our specimen differs in coloration from both species, particularly in the hind femur and general body coloration, as well as tegmen length ( Willemse 1957). Our specimen may represent an undescribed species, but more material is needed for confirmation.
