Distribution. Transeurasiatic, subboreal. From European part of Russia to Far East (Magadanskaya and Amurskaya Oblast, Khabarovsky Kray). Outside Russia in Europe, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, China (N—NE Inner Mongolia).
Hostplants: in Europe Salix ( Skou & Sihvonen 2015) .
Note. The first record for Irkutskaya Oblast.
