Distribution. Transeurasiatic, temperate. Volga region, SE Caucasus, southern Ural, Buryatia, Transbaikalia,? Jewish Autonomous Oblast. Outside. Outside Russia: China (N and NW), Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Middle Asia, Transcaucasia, W Ukraine, N, W and central Europe.
Hostplants: Artemisia ( Beljaev 2016) .
