Distribution. Siberian-Far Eastern, subboreal. Buryatia, Amurskaya Oblast, southern part of Khabarovsky Kray, Primorye. Outside Russia: NE, N and central China, Korea, Japan (Hokkaido Isl.).
Hostplants: in Japan Ligustrum , Syringa ( Beljaev 2016) .
