Basionym: Amphora cymbelloides var. latior A. Schmidt.
Type locality: Java .
References: Danielidis & Mann 2003, p. 34, figs 35–41; Wachnicka & Gaiser 2007, p. 442, figs 226, 227.
Morphometrics: Valves 52–73 (35–67) μm long, 12–15 (10–13) μm wide, and transapical striae in dorsal side 12–16 (13–15) in 10 μm, in ventral side 12–17 (13–15) in 10 μm.
Remarks: Seminavis latior was reported previously in the lagoon of the Seogwipo coast, Jeju Island of South Korea ( Park et al. 2017), and in Chuuk Lagoon of Micronesia ( Park et al. 2018). This taxon appears to exist in three locations, including the type locality, Java. It was collected previously from the lagoon of the Seogwipo coast in 2016 ( Park et al. 2017), and in this survey, was found rarely on the rock pools.
