The BMSC has specimens from Aragua, Henri Pittler Park , Rancho Grande Biological Research Station near Maracay , 1069 m, 10.15o N 67.36o W, 29–X–1980 GoogleMaps and 31–X–1980 GoogleMaps , 7–XI–1980 GoogleMaps .

The species has been reported from Colombia, Brazil, and Peru ( Metcalf 1963c).
