DISTRIBUTION: N. Nigeria; S.C. Niger; Senegal.

COMMENT: Included in parvus by Coetzee, 1977, Part 6.8:2; considered a distinct species by Swanepoel and Schütter, 1978, in Schütter, ed., Bull. Carnegie Mus. Nat. Hist., 6: 53-76.

ISIS NUMBER: 5301410008110004001 as S. cupredius (sic).
