Description of Vibrio atlanticus LPB View in CoL 0083
Cells are Gram-staining-negative, flagellated, non-pigmented and curved rod-shaped. Colonies are irregular and beige-colored after 2 days of incubation on MA at 26°C. Positive for cytochrome oxidase, but negative for arginine dihydrolase, esculin hydrolysis, β -galactosidase, gelatinase, glucose fermentation, indole production, nitrates reduction and urease in API 20NE test. Strain LPB0083 (= NIBRBAC000497974) has been isolated from sea water sample, Ongjin, Incheon, Korea.
