Material examined. 1 3, Neochori, herb-rich olive grove terrace, 39º1.7´N 26º19.3´E, 7.vi.2010, leg. D. Horsfield; 1 Ƥ, Kalloni Gulf, near Plati, 29.v.2010, 1 Ƥ, riverside vegetation near Neochori, 7.vi.2010, leg. G.E. Rotheray [ NMS]; 1 Ƥ, Agiasos, sweet chestnut forest, leg. Kenn Watt [KW].

Notes. Although this species is a well known plant pest (El-Shabrawy 1990) and has been reported from different breeding sites ( Ricarte et al. 2008), the larva appears to be undescribed.
