Body length 6.2 mm, fore wing length 5.3 mm and antenna length 8.0 mm.

Antenna with 57 (♀) or 56 (♀) flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere pointed, hardly acuminate. Median flagellomeres approximately as long as wide. Frons with strong subparallel posteriorly converging striation between antennal sockets and stemmaticum. Occipital carina complete, dorsally rounded, ventrally slightly reduced but joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron and mesosternum shiny with moderately dense punctures at the bases of setae, precoxal sulcus deep and narrow, foveate, specular area not differentiated. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina strong on anterior 0.6 of propodeum, weak or obliterated posteriorly. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.7 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 2.2 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.8 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.05 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell glabrous on anterior half. Hind wing vein m-cu absent. Apex of hind tibia without comb of specialised, adpressed setae. Claws with 2 or 3 separated pectenl teeth on basal half of basal lobe. Basal lobes of first tergite angularly protruding and concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite absent.

Antenna brown yellow basally becoming black gradually, females with flagellomeres 28–35 (♀) or 30–41 (♂) white.
