Body length 4.8 mm, fore wing length 3.9 mm and antenna length approximately 7 mm.

Antenna with 49 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres 2.5 x longer than wide. Occipital carina complete, dorsally rounded, joining hypostomal carina ventrally. Mesopleuron weakly rugulose becoming largely aciculate posteriorly, precoxal sulcus very weakly impressed and rugulose, speculum absent. Propodeum with midlongitudial carina present on anterior 0.7. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.3 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell with distinct glabrous elongate oval area. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.7 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.25 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.45 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing basal cell approximately 4 x wider than maximum width of marginal cell. Hind wing vein M+CU virtually straight. Hind wing vein m-cu present, distinctly antefurcal. Apex of hind tibia with comb of modified adpressed setae medially and ventrally. Claws with very small claw proper, pecten of approximaely 4 teeth present on basal haf of basal lobe, inconspicuous. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite not produced to same level as spiracle lobe, posteriorly concave. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite not differentiated from other fine longitudinal striation.

Etymology. Named after the assassin character Jonathan Teatime (pronounced " Teh-ah-time-eh ") from the Terry Pratchett Discworld novels.
