Length of body 6.5 mm, of fore wing 6.5 mm and of antenna 7.5 mm.

Antenna with 47 flagellomes. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres distinctly oblique, approximately 1.7 x longer laterally than wide. Occipital carina complete though somewhat ill-defined mediodorsally, joining hypostomal carina ventrally. Mesopleuron largely coriaceous, anteriorly rugose, posterorly more aciculate, precoxal sulcus weakly impressed rugose, small speculum present. Midlongitudinal carina of propodeum complete. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.85 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.75 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1.1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.4 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.4 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell with markedly reduced setosity on anterior half. Hind wing vein m-cu well developed, tubular, dark pigmented, weakly curved, more or less interstitial. Apex of hind tibia without comb of specialised adpressed setae. Claws with well developed pecten of approximately 7 teeth, reaching to base of claw, individual pecten teeth ending at approximately same level as tip of terminal claw. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite moderately produced, rounded, not concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite distinctly present on anterior 0.4 of tergum.

Antenna broadly cream yellow medially from approximately flagellomere 8 to 32.
