Body length 5.5 mm, fore wing length 4.4 mm and antenna length approximately 7.5 mm.

Antenna with 54 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres 2.3 x longer laterally than wide. Occipital carina complete dorsally and verntrally, joining hypostomal carina at an acute angle. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, rugulose anterodorsally and along broad, weakly impressed precoxal sulcus, speculum absent. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina variable either obliterated on posterior 0.4 of propodeum, or nearly complete but very irregular posteriorly. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.4 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell with lozenge-shaped glabrous zone. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.9 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.37 x vein 3- SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.3 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell almost entirely glabrous. Hind wing vein 2-SC+R distinctly transverse. Hind wing vein m-cu very short, moderately pigmented, not ubular, slightly antefurcal. The hind coxa has faint striation basally. Hind tibia with comb of modified adpressed setae apicomedially and ventrally. Claws with pecten of many tightly adpressed fine teeth on basal lobe, appearing as a grey lamella. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite toothlike, strongly convex anteriorly, sharply concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite absent.

Antenna with terminal 15 to 17 (holotype) flagellomeres white. Propodeum of paratype from Nakhon Si Thammarat largely black with small cream mark medioposteriorly.

Etymology. Referring to the glabrous hind wing subbasal cell.
