Material. 6♂, 11♀, Base Camp .

Remarks. One pair was taken in tandem at a 10 m broad river in the forest. The other speci· mens, many of them subtenerals, were found away from water sitting on sun-hit bushes in the forest. The species is new to Venezuela.
