Spintharina procuprata ( Linsenmaier, 1959)

Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Arabia (with no specific locality, Linsenmaier 1999 as Chrysis (Chrysis) procuprata ), Saudi Arabia ( Linsenmaier 1968, 1994 both as Chrysis (Chrysis) procuprata ), United Arab Emirates ( Strumia 2008, 2014 both as Chrysis procuprata ).

Extralimital distribution: Algeria, Palestine ( Kimsey & Bohart 1991; Linsenmaier 1999).

Remarks: One of the two males cited by Linsenmaier (1994) was labelled by Linsenmaier himself as the Allotype of Chrysis procuprata Linsenmaier. This specimen was collected at Riyadh on the 26th of March 1959 by Diehl and has no type status.
