Current name: Bidens reptans (L.) G. Don View in CoL ( Asteraceae ).

Note: Although some authors (e.g. Sherff in Publ. Field Mus. Nat. Hist., Bot. Ser. 16: 170. 1937) have treated the cited Sloane plate as the type, Moore’s choice of the Browne specimen appears to have priority.
