12. Millettia caerulea Baker (1876: 107) View in CoL .
Type: — MYANMAR. Hill at Phanoe, Ataran river, 10 May 1827, Wallich Cat. 5894 (first-step lectotype designated by Dunn 1912: 185, second-step lectotype designated here: K000848730 !; isolectotypes: BM012554531 !, K001122519 !) .
Hô (1999) and Mattapha (2020) recorded this species from Vietnam. But Lock & Heald (1994) and Lôc & Vidal (2001) did not include it in the flora of Vietnam, and we also did not find any specimens from Vietnam. In addition, Pérez (2014) conducted a phytochemical and biological evaluation of this species based on the samples from Nui Chua National Park, Vietnam, but we found that it is the misidentification of the species of Antheroporum Gagnepain (1915: 180) according to Fig. 3.1 View FIGURE 3 provided by Pérez (2014: 126). Thus, this species may be excluded from the flora of Vietnam. In addition, the protologue of M. caerulea provided two localities and two collectors (“Ava, at Phanoe, Wallich; Malacca, Maingay ”). Dunn (1912) cited “Lower Burma: ‘Hill at Phanoe, 10.5.1827. Robinia ? caerulea, Wall. Cat. 5894’ (type)”, but did not specify a herbarium. There are more than one duplicates of Wallich Cat. 5894, one of which (K000848730) is designated here as the second-step lectotype of the name.
