Persian Gulf. No record.

Gulf of Oman. New record from the Gulf of Oman.

General distribution and habitat. Indo-Pacific; attached to sea turtles ( Chan et al. 2009).

Descriptive features and remarks. Shell with obvious external growth lines ( Fig. 3a View FIGURE 3. a ), median sulcus clear from ventral view ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3. a b), labrum with three teeth on each side. Largest specimen with basal diameter 8.0 mm. The specimens were found attached to the front limb scales of the green turtle Chelonia mydas from Gwatr (25° 16'N, 60° 44'E) ( Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1 ).
