Literature records in Uruguay. Martínez (1991), Martínez et al. (2016). Widely distributed in the country. Remarks. This species is widely distributed all over the world and is associated to places with high quantity of decomposing organic matter. In Uruguay it is present in all urban areas of the territory ( Martínez et al. 2016).
