Material examined. 2 females (slide number NJAUAcariEriH42), from Pinus sp. (Pinaceae) , Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, P. R. China, 47°43'36''N, 128°55'12''E, elevation 234m, 25 July 2008, coll. Xiao-Feng Xue, Zhen Wang & Zi-Wei Song.
Hosts. Pinus armandi Franch. , Pinus sp. (Pinaceae) .
Relation to host. Vagrant.
Distribution. China (Heilongjiang, Henan).
Note. This species occurred together with Setoptus koraiensis Kuang & Hong, 1995 .
