Host. Acer truncatum Bunge (Aceraceae) .
Relation to host. Vagrant.
Distribution. China (Heilongjiang, Henan, Shandong).
Note. This species occurred together with Rhyncaphytoptus acer Chen, Wei & Qin, 2004 .
