Material Examined. [SINDH], 16, 2♀, Hyderabad, 14. VI.1972, leg. Khan ( NHMUK).

Diagnosis. Head black on posterior margin, otherwise brownish yellow, pronotum yellow or reddish and usually with a pair of black spots, spots often fused into a single mark with a median emargination or sometimes posterior margin blackish; elytra orange-yellow with 13 black spots arranged in a 1-3-2-1/2 pattern or elytral pattern variable, posterior two-thirds of elytra black and anterior portion yellowish or reddish, with or without humeral black spots ( Fig. 9A View Fig ). Length 6.6–7.4 mm, width 6.3–6.8 mm; body shape round and strongly convex. Head posteriorly never reaching eye orbits; eyes small and minute facets; ligula anteriorly deeply notched; submentum short, slightly notched anteriorly. Prosternal process with carinae narrower anteriorly, distally rounded-oval, reaching middle of prosternum; scuto-scutellar suture straight. Postcoxal line not reaching posterior margin of first sternite; last sternite covered with small setae.

Genitalia. Genital plates distinctly elongated, slightly s-shaped; lateral plates elongated, deeply concave mesad; spermatheca with cornu thick, elongated, broadly bent; nodulus deeply narrow, ramus absent ( Fig. 9B–C View Fig ).

Distribution in Sindh Province. Hyderabad.
