Material Examined. [SINDH], 66, 3♀, Hyderabad, 13. V.1967, leg. Ahmed; 36, 1♀, Thatta , 7. V.1970, leg. Khan ; 56, 4♀, Karachi , 5. VI.1971, leg. Khan ; 46, 1♀, Karachi , 15.VII.2009, leg. M. Ali ( NHMUK) ].

Diagnosis. Body creamy red, head brown-black posteriorly, frontoclypeus whitish with two black spots near anterior margin, mouthparts yellowish, pronotum black with white anterolateral margins, anterior projections white; elytra red or orange, each elytron with six spots plus one spot at anterior junction; venter and femur black, tibia and tarsi brownish yellow. Length 4.0–4.5 mm; width 2.8–2.9 mm; body slightly elongate-oval. Eyes small with minute facets; anterior margin of ligula slightly notched; submentum elongated, narrow anteriorly. Prosternal process narrow with less prominent carinae; scuto-scutellar suture slightly curved and slightly expanded medially. Postcoxal line broadly curved, reaching to anterior margin of first sternite; last sternite with depression covered with small setae anteriorly and long setae laterally.

Genitalia. Penis flattened with terminal furcations equal, from between these furcations a long process arises, making a hook terminally; penal capsule black, beak-like; median lobe broad proximally, deeply sharped apically, longer than parameres; parameres inverted; trabes flat, bifurcated apically ( Fig. 5A–C View Fig ). Genital plates broad, elongated, outer margin deeply s-shaped; lateral plates sharply narrow, elongated, deeply curved mesad; spermatheca with thick, broad cornu; ramus and nodulus reduced or absent ( Fig. 5D View Fig ).

Distribution in Sindh Province. Hyderabad, Thatta, and Karachi.
