Coniceromyia angularis Borgmeier & Prado, 1975: 8 View in CoL , figs. 18–20. Holotype ♂, Ecuador, Loja / Zamora (lost).
Comments. Differently from what was stated in the original description, the holotype of Coniceromyia angularis was never deposited in the MZSP, according to the curator of the collection. We could not find the holotype in the different institutions and collections visited, and, therefore, it is here assumed to have been lost.
