Allotype: ♀. Ídem. 04/VII/1991. On flowers of Casearia .

Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved.

Additional notes: The current name of this species is Brachyphoderes longicollis (Chemsak & Noguera,

1993) (See Clarke, 2015).
