Paratypes: 2 [unknown sex]. ECUADOR: Napo, Lago Agrio (18 km E) at Rio Aguarico 28/VIII/1975 Col. Langley, Cohen, Cantor y Yingling; collected on gravel bar at blacklight. Ecuador-Peace Corps- Smithsonian Institution Aquatic Insect Survey.

Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved.
