Description. Male. Body small, thin. Head hypognathous. Fastigium verticis protruding forward, apex rounded, furrowed on dorsal surface. Eyes globular, protruding forward. Apical segment of maxillary palpus slightly shorter than subapical one, apical area inflated, apex rounded.

Pronotum slightly shorter, anterior margin straight, posterior margin rounded; lateral lobes longer than deep; humeral sinus indistinct. Thoracic auditory spiracle exposed, peanut-shaped.

Tegmina surpassing apex of hind femur, narrow, apex rounded; hind wings shorter than tegmina, not exposed.

All femora without spines on ventral surfaces. Fore coxa with a spine; fore tibia with 4 short spines on each side of ventral surface; tibial tympana open on both sides, elongate to oval. Hind tibia with 26–28 spines on both sides of dorsal surface, one pair of dorsal apical spurs and one pair of ventral apical spurs.

Tenth abdominal tergite with posterior margin concave. Cercus divided into dorsal and ventral branches, dorsal one slightly shorter, straight, apex subacute; ventral one longer, dorsal and ventral margins with a carina respectively; base broad, compressed; moderately curved inwards, tapering, apex rounded. Genitalia long, upcurved, basal area concave, apex subacute. Subgenital plate with base broad, apical half slightly narrow, with a broad longitudinal sulcus, apex rounded; styli thin and elongate, positioned on subapically.

Coloration. Body green. Eyes brown. Hind tibia with black spines on dorsal surface.

Female. Tegmen narrower than that of male, apex rounded angular. Tenth abdominal tergite with posterior margin concave. Cercus elongate, tapering, the middle robust, apex acute. Ovipositor moderately upcurved, apex acute. Subgenital plate roughly square, the middle of posterior margin slightly concave.

Specimens examined. Holotype, ♂, Tongbiguan, Yingjiang, Yunnan, 11 August, 2016, coll. Jun Ma. Paratypes: 1♂, Tongbiguan, Yingjiang, Yunnan, 1 August , 2016, coll. Jun Ma ; 4♂ 1♀, Qushi, Tengchong , Yunnan, 5 Au- gust, 2016, coll. Jingjing Ye and Dongxiao Zhang ; 2♂ 1♀, Songke, Yingjiang, Yunnan, 9 August , 2018, coll. Yuanhe Liu ; 1♂, Xincun, Yingjiang, Yunnan, 8 August , 2018, coll. Yuanhe Liu ; 1♂ 1♀, Tongbiguan, Yingjiang, Yunnan, 11–14 August , 2019, coll. Yanqing Li and Limin Lu.

Measurement (mm). Body: ♂ 8.5–8.8, ♀ 10.0–10.5; pronotum: ♂ 2.9–3.0, ♀ 3.0–3.1; tegmina: ♂ 8.4–8.5, ♀ 10.5–11.1; hind femora: ♂ 8.0–8.2, ♀ 8.9–9.1; ovipositor: 11.0–11.2.

Discussion. The new species differs from congeners by: the unique male genitalia; cercus with long and compressed ventral branch, apical area tapering, with a carina on dorsal and ventral margins separately.

Etymology. The new species name is derived from male genitalia morphology, Latin long- means long, genital - means genitalia.
