Material examined. Vietnam: Bắc Kạn (Ba B ể National Park)— Niviventer lotipes (Milne-Edwards) ( AB, June 2016, 1 larva), Lang Son (near Hữu Liên Nature Reserve )— Tonkinomys daovantieni Musser, Lunde and Son ( ZMMU, May 2012, 5 larvae) .

Distribution. China ( Li et al. 1997).

Remarks. The second type of puncta is visible not in all specimens.
