V e r b r e i t u n g: ImpazifischenNordwestenNordamerikas, von British Columbia über Washington und Oregon bis California.
H a b i t a t e: Wälder mit Pseudotsuga menziesii, Thuja plicata Tsuga heterophylla, Acer, Alnus, Farnen; im Regenwald (Olympic Peninsula, Washington; BRANSON 1977, 1980) und an trockenen Hängen mit Quercus alba, Acer, u.a., in der Bodenstreu, besonders in Falllaub, unter verrottendem Holz; von Meeresniveau bis um 1.100 m; meist darunter.
