Diagnosis Scutellar setae situated close to hind margin of scutellum (figure 57).

Female (length of body = 0.5–0.6 mm).

Colour. Antenna whitish, slightly infuscate. Head and mesosoma dark with golden-purple tinges. Coxae and femora dark; tibiae and tarsi pale. Fore wing with basal one-third infuscate, remaining two-thirds hyaline. Gaster dark with goldenpurple tinges, membranes whitish.

Head. Antenna as in rubescens (figure 35). HE/MS/MO: 2.6/1.0/not measurable. Frons and vertex with weak reticulation, meshes transverse. Posterior ocelli situated at occipital margin; POL/OOL: 3.5/1.0. Occipital margin rounded; transverse groove and median longitudinal groove ± distinct. WH/WT=1.0.

Mesosoma . Mesoscutum flattened, 0.5× as long as wide, with weak and engraved reticulation, anterior one-half with isodiametric meshes, posterior one-half with elongate meshes, with one pair of setae situated close to anterior margin. Scutellum flat to slightly convex, 0.7× as long as wide, with weak and engraved reticulation, meshes elongate; scutellar setae situated close to posterior margin, ratio distances to anterior margin of scutellum/posterior margin of scutellum=6.7. Axilla advanced 0.8× its length in front of scuto-scutellar sulcus. TPS moderately curved. Fore wing speculum closed below; LW/LM/HW: 2.0/1.0/1.1; postmarginal vein absent. Propodeum smooth and shiny; propodeal callus with two setae.

Metasoma. Gastral tergites smooth and shiny; MM/LG=0.8–1.1.
