The Zoosphaerium coquerelianum View in CoL species-group

This species-group is characterized by the relatively thick movable finger of the posterior telopods in which the inner margin is only hollowed-out in its apical part (Fig. 49E). The posterior side of the third podomere carries small, sclerotized, black teeth. Four species were known previously and 11 more can be added in this study. The new species expand the distribution area of this species-group significantly, including the first records from the Southwestern subhumid forest and the Southeastern dry forest (Fig. 50). This species-group was not recorded in the spiny forest ecoregion.
