Diagnosis: Body including clypeus and mesoscutellum black, abdomen and legs partly pale; base and apex of antenna black, some middle antennomeres partly white or pale brown; head above antennal sockets, mesoscutellum, and elevated part of mesepisternum densely punctured, without shiny interspaces; mesoscutellum feebly elevated, without peak; wings hyaline, apex slightly infuscate; ovipositor much longer than metabasitarsomere; lancet distinctly broadened before apex, serrulae strongly protruding, sharp; annular sutures vestigial; valviceps of penis valve broad, elliptical, apical part not strongly narrowed.
This group includes two species, both from central China.
