Subgenus Egadroma Motschulsky, 1855
Stenolophus (Egadroma) quinquepustulatus Wiedemann, 1823 View in CoL
It seems surprising that Yu & Tang (2002) and Jaeger & Kataev (2003) were the first to document its occurrence in Hong Kong. Andrewes and Scott (1924) found it under stones in Macao under the name Stenolophus smaragdulus View in CoL variation quinquepustulatus Wiedemann 1823 View in CoL . In Hong Kong, there are 4 distinct forms, the darkest having a completely unmarked elytra and can only be determined by the genitalia. Material: 1 ex. W.T.L., 12.ii.16; 1 ex. W.T.L., 18.iii.09; 1 ex.
