SINGAPORE: 418 specimens were collected from mangroves on Pulau Ubin and Pulau Semakau but not collected on the western part of Singapore. About 90 specimens have been NGS-barcoded and are deposited at LKCNHM .
Remarks. This species is newly recorded for the country and is exclusively found from the shaded area of back mangroves in southern Thailand. For the general recognition we refer to the key below. While illustrations of the male terminalia can be found in Zhang et al. (2008, figs 11–13).
Distribution. THAILAND: Krabi, Phang Nga, Satun and Surat Thani ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 ). SINGAPORE: Less common species, most abundant on Pulau Semakau, occasionally on Pulau Ubin and rare in Sungei Buloh.
