Material examined. Type material. Holotype, adult female on slide, leaf litter on mountain meadow, Nikits’kyi Pereval, ca. 1450 m a.s.l., neighborhood of Jalta, Crimea, Ukraine, 12.ix.1997, leg. R. J. Pomorski, D. SkarŻyński, I. Kaprus’. Paratypes: 3 males, 2 females and juvenile on slides, the same data as holotype (holotype and 2 paratypes ZIWU, 4 paratypes MNHL).
Number of other cephalic chaetae: Vi, 6; Ve, 10–11; labrum, 4/2, 4; labium, 11, 0x; ant. I, 7; ant.II, 11; ant. III, 18+5s; ant. IV, 8S+i +or+12mou.
b) Postcephalic chaetotaxy.
Diagnosis. Habitus typical of the genus Endonura . Dorsal tubercles present, well developed. 2+2 eyes present. Buccal cone elongated. Labral chaetotaxy 4/2, 4. Mandible thin with 5 teeth. Head with 3 chaetae Oc, chaetae A, B, C, D, E (chaeta O absent). Tubercle (L+So) on head with 10 chaetae. Tubercles De on thoracic terga II and III with 3 and 4 chaetae respectively. Tubercles L on abd. III and IV with 4 and 8–9 chaetae respectively. Claw with inner tooth. Tibiotarsi I, II with long chaetae B5 and B4. Tibiotarsus III with only one long chaeta B4.
Etymology. The species name is derived from the Latin words “dens”–tooth and “fero”–wear. The new species has a claw with distinct internal tooth.
Description. Habitus typical of the genus. Body length (without antennae) 1.45–1.95 mm. Colour of the body greyish-blue of variable intensity. 2+2 large, dark-pigmented eyes.

Types of dorsal ordinary chaetae: macrochaetae Ml and Mc thickened, narrowly sheathed, feebly serrated and not pointed ( Figs 38, 42–44 View FIGURES 38 – 44 ); mesochaetae thin and pointed.
Head. Buccal cone rather long and rounded at apex. Labrum chaetotaxy 4/2, 4, ventral sclerifications nonogival. Chaetotaxy of labium as in Fig. 40 View FIGURES 38 – 44 and Tab. 4 View TABLE 4 . Discussion. The new species is the most similar to E. quadriseta Cassagnau et Péja, 1979 , but differs from it in the following characters: tubercle (L+So) on head with chaeta So2 (in quadriseta absent), chaeta O absent (in quadriseta present), claw with inner tooth (in quadriseta absent) and tibiotarsi with elongate and slightly clavate chaetae B4 and B5 (in quadriseta short and not clavate).
