DISTRIBUTION. — The species had previously been reported from Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica and Peru ( Metcalf 1963a; Duffels & van der Laan 1985; Sanborn 2010a).

DISTRIBUTION. — The species had previously been reported from Honduras, Guatemala, Ecuador, and Brazil ( Metcalf 1963a; Sanborn 2006, 2008, 2010b).
