TYPE MATERIAL. — Holotype: French Guiana. Haut- Maroni, Touenké, 19/ 21.XI.1975, piège lumineux, Michel Boulard and Pierre Jauffret réc. et lég., 1 ♂ ( MNHN ( EH)6323).

Allotype: French Guiana. Same data as the holotype, 1 ♀ ( MNHN ( EH)6325).

Paratypes: French Guiana. Same data as the holotype, 3 ♂♂ ( MNHN ( EH)6328, MNHN ( EH)6329, MNHN ( EH)6330) and 2 ♀♀ ( MNHN ( EH)6326, MNHN ( EH)6327).

DISTRIBUTION. —The species is known only from French Guiana ( Boulard 1998).
