NOTE. – The author has received specimens from M. Thouvenot, D. Emery and H. Imai. The species has also been reported as A. brasiliorum Kirkaldy, 1909 but Boulard (2001) clarified the taxonomic position and synonymy.

DISTRIBUTION. — The species has been reported previously from Brazil, Surinam and South America ( Metcalf 1963a; Boulard 2001).
